Winter Session Care Packages

Sign up to receive your very own care package designed to get you through this Winter term! Our personalized care package includes items to help you fight the cold, snuggle up indoors with a sweet treat, and motivate you through your Winter Session workload. Care packages are limited and any non-Winter Session students will be removed without notice. All packages will be shipped directly to your door, ready to open and enjoy immediately.

Movie Night at the Rutgers Cinema

Enjoy the latest films at the Rutgers Cinema for free this winter every week! Registration includes a ticket, popcorn and a drink for (1) person! Choose from one of three movies, with titles chosen closer to the event date.

Watercolor Greeting Cards

Paint and design a set of six (6) of your very own Seasonal Greeting cards - perfect for friends, family, and keepsakes! The event will be held live via Zoom as your host guides you through techniques and design ideas. All necessary supplies (cards, envelopes, watercolor paints, brushes and pens) will be shipped directly to your door. 

Hiking Excursion

Join us for a scenic outdoor winter hike along the Delaware Water Gap! This winter excursion is a great way to get outdoors and explore the beauty of New Jersey, even during the off season. Excursion will be ran in partnership with Rutgers Recreation - transportation will be provided.

Registration for this event will open on December 23, 2024.

Make A Hot Chocolate Bomb

Make your own hot chocolate bomb from your home! The necessary supplies are shipped to your house and students will be guided step-by-step on how to make these sweet treats from a hot chocolate expert in a virtual, live class. 

New Jersey Devils Game

Come watch the Jersey Devils take on the Florida Panthers at the Prudential Center! Along with seats to the game, all attendees will receive a Devil's T-Shirt, a $20 food voucher, and a photo on the Devils logo after the game. Transportation is NOT provided. Tickets will be sent after verification of RUID and Winter Session registration

Indoor Rock Climbing

Join us at the College Avenue Rock-wall to get active indoors while the weather is chilly! Registration includes two hours of climbing with all equipment provided in partnership with Rutgers Recreation.
